Week's Challenge

I am not sure how everyone else is doing but this Protein challenge is harder then I thought.  I have been getting close to my goal but have not made it once so no points for me this week.  Instead of just giving up this week (I was thinking about it because I already wont get the points) I have been pushing myself harder towards the other goals like working out more.  The hardest part for me is that I have a sweet tooth so with the protein I always wanted something sweet.  I have noticed a couple things that have helped me.  I have been eating oatmeal in the morning and I love adding brown sugar.  Instead of the brown sugar, I have added sugar free syrup.  Also, I have added more eggs to my diet this week but I always want to add cheese.  Instead I have made hard boiled eggs that don't need cheese like scrambled or omelets do (in my opinion.)  Anyway, I am just putting my thoughts out there and I hope that everyone is having better luck then I am.

  1. I'm glad you're not giving up. The group challenge is worth 10 points. If you lose one extra inch you'll make up those points that way; working out extra may get you there.

    I have been replacing one meal with a protein shake this week, and I think that's the only way I've reached my grams.
