A little nervous

I am so nervous about this weeks goal, I have a bad habit of going back to the kitchen several times after a meal. Not only because I have to put all the food away and clean the kitchen, but also because my kids have a bad habit of refusing to eat dinner and are hungry before bed.  
One of the tips that I have heard is that right after dinner you brush your teeth or grab some sugar free gum. The other tip is to serve everyone first's and put the rest away immediately. 
So I am going to give these a shot and hope for the best. If you have more ideas please post them. Thanks
