So I'm finally for week 2! This weeks goal for me is no candy. Last week while counting my calories I couldn't believe how many times I had to write candy down. I just pop it in my mouth without noticing! I am nowhere in contender position from last weeks points but I'm not disappointed with my points. I'm hoping all of you big "losers" taper off and a slow and steady approach wins.
I sent all the Halloween candy out of the house! I am proud of you for logging your calorie intake...a lot of people would be in "candy denial". :) We've only had one week, if you keep at it you'll be exactly where you want to be.
