I knew my weight would be up this last week. I was expecting it and not too upset when it really was. I KNEW I wanted to splurge and enjoy my Holiday of eating. HOWEVER, I did NOT anticipate the leftovers calling my name and having 3 days of "getting back into it". Needless to say I am very nervous for the weigh in this week. I REALLY want to be back down to where I was before the eating festivities began. It would be GREAT to be even lower (but I'm not sure that is a realistic expectation).
So, I am working hard, keeping at it and doing my best and VERY nervous for Friday morning. My stomach has butterflies just thinking about it! Ha! :)
I hope everyone else is having a great week. Let's stick to it ladies! I put on my jeans this morning and found they were just a little loose in the waist (still tight in the butt, darn) so I grabbed a belt hoping that would help, only to find my belt is too big.
That. Was. COOL. THAT is worth getting up early, running my brains out and watching what goes in my mouth. THAT makes it worth it. So...good luck girls. Let's all enjoy the shrinkage!!!

ReplyDeleteHooray for loose belts. I am on the final rung of most of my belts too. Should I buy some new ones with my Christmas money or just smaller jeans? :-D
