Boost Your Declining Metabolism


I read this article and found it to be very helpful.  It talks about boosting your metabolism with these five steps:

1. Drink a whey protein shake every day for breakfast and boost your metabolism by 25%.
2. Exercise
3. Eat your greens
4. Eat “clean” protein to get lean
5. Supplement your way to a faster metabolism

I know that we already know this, but sometimes it is nice to read why.

I am also happy to report that I took family photos this weekend and I actually felt good about being in the photos so I thought that I would share a photo with you.  I am not ready to do a full body shot but it is a step in that direction:)

    BTW, great article. I have bee n meaning to drink a whey shake everyday for the next week, and this just makes me that much more motivated.
