Busy Life

I have enjoyed reading all of your post and they all seem to have something in common (besides the fact that we all want to lose weight and become healthier) and that is that we are all very busy.  For me I am so busy getting the kids feed that I never have time to plan what I am eating so I start to snack on anything that is around.  I have started the night before organizing in bags what I am going to eat/snack on the next day and hopefully it helps (yes, I just started two days ago!!)

  3. Snack size baggies are a MUST. I buy nuts at Costco and then portion them out into 100 calorie baggies. Same with other snacks. That way you don't have to think about it constantly. You just grab a bag. Portion control is hard to think about when you are running out the door. I am impressed you portion out your whole day...wow!
