Protein Ranch Dressing/Dip

One of the things that helped me this last week was this Protein Ranch Dressing that I found on Pinterest.  The ENTIRE jar is 255 calories and 1.5 g fat!  I used it to dip lots of different veggies for snacks and my kids also loved it!  In fact, they asked several times for "mommy ranch" when I got out the bottle of regular light ranch dressing.
As a salad dressing, it wasn't my favorite (I'm a vinagrette kind of girl) but I LOVED this for veggie dipping!

You can get the recipe and details HERE.
Basically, just put one cup of your favorite nonfat greek yogurt (I used Chobani), 1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix and 1/4-1/2 c. skim milk in a jar (depending on how runny you like it) and shake well.  Super yummy!
p.s.I just saw Heather's challenge preview for next week and this is a great recipe to get in some extra protein!

  1. That sounds delish! I have a hard time enjoying raw veggies unless they're dipped in ranch, so this is perfect!
