Post-Thanksgiving Detox

So I'm pretty pleased with my progress this week. I was feeling rather depressed after Thanksgiving because my weight and inches spiked despite my workouts and best efforts to reign in the holiday snacking around my family. My husband and I resolved this week to eat super clean and light. We've been having soups and salads for dinner and the 150-200 calorie limit to treats this week was really helpful. Lo and behold, my weigh in and measurements told me I got back to my pre-Thanksgiving weight and inches plus I lost a little more. Now I'm feeling extra pumped up to keep up the healthier-than-normal routine we established this week and keep it going. I'm ready for the new challenge to keep snacks to fruits or veggies! Let's do it ladies!!!
