Heather's Week 4 Report

Weight-162.3, a .8 loss, down from last week's 163.1. 4 points

Inches-209.5, no inches lost this week.

My personal goal this week is the same as the group goal from last week. Treat calories 150-200 calories a day.


Also, I redid all the cumulative math for last week and found a couple of errors. Sorry girls. Maybe it's because I have been putting these things together at 5 in the morning with an 18 month old on my lap. But anyway, one error was my cumulative total. I will do the math here to show you there's no funny business. :-)

Anyway, just wanted you all to know I fixed it up and will double check totals as I do this week's standings. I have been keeping good records and all past emails, so if there's ever a question we can get to the bottom of it.
