Well friends, another awesome week with many hotties setting the great example!

Mandy holds onto first place this week, losing 2.75 inches and 3.6 pounds. She's committed girls and it shows!

Tamara stays in the top three, but moves up a place since she lost 4 pounds and 3 inches.

And third we have Amanda, who's back in the top three with a 4.5 inch loss.

I loved seeing your successes this week. People stayed committed to many of their goals in the face of challenging circumstances, and it just gives me the warm fuzzies. Great work!

My question is, will there be any upsets this week? Any new hotties who stealthily move into a top three spot?  We shall see.
