This is from Melanie. She gave it to me in the afternoon yesterday and asked me to post it because she is out of town, but I neglected to get it up on the blog until this morning. So she's still in ladies! I totally admire that this pregnant girl is plugging away! In fact, I'll add that at church last week she was rocking a super cute dress and some leggings. I'd love to sport something similar when I reach my goal weight. Go Mel!!!
Hey heather, I'm away from a computer but wanted to post that this week has been the best so far for my personal, group, and exercise goals! Still a long way to go, but I found an app that works easily to track my calories and protein and while I'm seeming to start my prego baby bump, I'm still feeling healthier and stronger. Still need to get back to running more now that my knees are better, but its definitely helping to keep track of everything.
