I'm off and running on our Protein Week! My goal is 70 grams per day, it's definitely a challenge to get them all in but I'm determined to do it!
I keep track of my food on my Weight Watchers phone app and there isn't a place to track protein, so I made up this sheet to keep in my binder (along with the these weekly sheets that I use). I'm just going to put hash marks down to keep track of my daily grams of protein. I uploaded it to Google Docs for any of you that would like to use it. Good luck this week!
