I didn't get as much exercise as I usually do because the first couple of days I of the contest I was still recovering from the flu. I also missed one night of 7 hours and one day of 64 oz. I tell yah, the drinking 64 oz. is by FAR the hardest for me!

I also wanted to share with you one of my struggles - fluctuating weight. Heather touched on it a little in her previous post. I can have a GREAT, even PERFECT week of exercise and eating and can end up heavier on the scale than I was the week before. And it is tempting to throw in the towel and quit when that happens. It happened two or three times to me in the previous round. While I think tracking your weight can be useful, it is NOT the be all end all of tracking progress. Which is why measuring yourself is also and excellent tool. This is what Coach G Short, a fitness professional of sorts, has to say about weighting yourself - and I think his opinions are good to keep in mind when you're having a struggle with the scale -
These ladies that got all possible points are seriously AMAZING! Congratulations, those are some serious bragging rights! :)
