Week One is Done!

I've definitely learned about myself (my eating habits) this week.  I'm not a binge eater or an emotional eater...I'm a mindless eater.  I'm a snackster!  If I'm cleaning the kitchen, cooking, etc. and there is food around I just have a bite without even thinking.  This week's challenge and food logging has been so good for me!  I have had to think about every bite, and I bit a lot less.

I was so nervous to weigh in this morning and do my measurements.  I was scared that even though I had a good week with food and exercise that it wouldn't show on the scale...but I was feeling different, a little smaller even...and the scale was good!  Yahoo!!!

I was actually thinking earlier in the week about how my personal goal for week 2 should be to have no food after dinner...but then I thought, "heck no, that would be way too hard!"  So thanks Sariah for the new challenge.

And a little tip to share!  When I had a sweet tooth this week I tried some of this dessert gum, only 5 calories and it helped!
