Last week went a lot better than I planned on it going.  I have never once logged calories, so when I set a budget and found out just how many calories were in food, I seriously thought I was going to die from starvation.  Like, literally.  But I didn't!  I wasn't even as hungry as I thought I would be!  No wonder I have put on so much extra weight; I have been over-eating by about 2-3 times what I should be consuming.  (Thank heaven for the free days, though)

This week so far has been hard to find time to exercise, and I know I need to get over it and get it done.  We are leaving on vacation on Friday and it will be even harder to do it then.  

I am already starting to feel better and more in control of my body.  I hope all of you the best of luck on this journey!
