Week One For Heidi (and my before photos as promised)

Week one, I lost a couple pounds but gained inches thru out my legs - I blame that on being back in roller derby!  Overall, I feel I had a good start.  I did not meet the group goal, I did track my calories 5 of 7 days but did not stay within calorie budget on all of those days. However, it did really help me to be mindful of my eating and I did not blow out over my budget, just went over by a bit :-)
