Megan!

Oh, here you go!  The most flattering pictures I could find! Ha ha ha!  Sometimes I think it's good to see that muffin top, big booty and those arms!  Ahh!
 


Well ladies, I am way excited about this 10 week journey!  I am almost done nursing...so I have no excuses to eat less and exercise more! 

My weight came on almost 3 years ago.  I was put on steroids that were going to help me keep pregnancies and have a baby!  I put on about 20lbs, but ended up pregnant!  Then I added an extra 50 during the pregnancy...darn milkshakes, double cheese and fries! After the little guy arrived I lost almost 40lbs, and ended up pregnant again!  I thought for sure it would take a few years for a second child, but I guess my body just need a jump start.  Now I have 2 great kids...Darren, 2 1/2 and Audrey 11 months. 

So...I'm ready!  Ready for the challenges, the healthy eating, the working out, the journals, the pain and joy, and for the life changes!

  2. At least the thing about pregnancy weight is that it's a darn good excuse! Your body grew some PEOPLE. And that's pretty amazing.

  4. I don't know why everyone always says you can eat whatever you want when you're pregnant. It's done nothing but haunt me after every baby!!
