You should check out this video. It's hilarious. I was so focused on shaking my booty (not very coordinated in that respect...) that I didn't even realize til half way though that it really was working! I just wish I had more room to "shake-it" close enough to a screen to follow along! seriously had me laughing through the first half. It's only 20 minutes long. :)

Sadly I crumbled under the superbowl treat pressure... it was all around me. All of my weakness snacks. darn. So today I am determined to work it all off over the next week. Extra working out every day. (hence the searching youtube for workout videos) Move, move, move! I really need to prove to myself that I have self-control and will-power. I have this little voice in my head that is constantly telling myself that I can't control myself if it is in the house. Well, my friends. We have leftovers. And I'm not eating a single bite of that chip/dip combo. or that ice cream. no sir-ee!
