My goal for the week is to not snack after dinner. Last night I just wanted sugar! I NEEDED sugar. Good thing we are out of ice cream! Instead I finished drinking the rest of my water. (30 oz to be exact) I keep forgetting to drink water all day long lately. Then I have a crapload to drink with dinner. So I filled up on my water and kept my personal goal.
This morning I woke up weighing 159!!! I'm in the 50's people!! Something exciting about a new decade of lbs. I started off the week 2.9 lbs up and was quite discouraged. but, I think I'm figuring out more of how my body works.

ReplyDeleteThat's awesome! It is exciting to enter a new "decade" of weight. And to realize we can think we want and need sugar, but go without it and survive. I need to tell myself that regarding the cookies . . .I may think I want and need them, but really I don't. I'll be fine without them.
