An easy recipe that I like is Taco Salad.
ingredients:
1lb lean ground beef
1/2 cup salsa
1 can diced green chilis
1 can black or pinto beans
1 small can chopped black olives
lettuce
tortilla chips
Brown the ground beef and drain the fat. Then add the 1/2 cup of salsa and cook for 5 min on med heat. Add the green chilis, beans, and olives. Cook for another 5 min.
To serve simply grab a plate, crush up tortilla chips, add some lettuce, then add meat mixture. Top it off with some cheese, tomatoes, or avocadoes and dressing!
I've made this recipe many times for other people and have never had any complaints about taste or spicyness!
