Hey everyone!

I hope everyone had a good week. I found that this weeks challenge was not too difficult because I dont snack as often as I thought. This week however, is going to be hard! I am completely addicted to diet coke! So please pray for me this week!!!!

  1. Elise and I have a question we ask ourselves regarding many many things, "Will it help or hurt?" With the dietCoke thing, decide if it will help you to push yourself in this way or if it will hurt by making things too difficult. The 10 points may not be worth it. I'm not trying to make any excuses for you, but just reminding you that not every single thing is needful.

  2. I have to just say that my personal challenge I give to Heather every week includes "no soda" - because I am a Coke Zero freak. LOVE IT. But now that I'm "off" of soda (I still have one or sometimes two a week, because remember, you only have to hit 5 out of 7 days!) I feel a lot better. I sleep better too. So I think cutting back has been worth it.

    The first little bit was hard because there was some caffeine withdrawal going on, but I think because I was now pumping myself with the 64 ounces of water we're supposed to have, it lessened the side effects. So. Try to go for it, I say! I think you'll be glad! (Save money, too!)
