Here are my numbers for week 6. I will use the new format again, but my inches lost has a little narrative going on, so I thought I'd still share the specific numbers.
Last week's weight, 160.5. This week's weight, 157.6 = 2.9 lbs lost!

Chest 35 34.5 (Seriously-if hips would decrease at same rate as my chest!)
Waist 30.75 30.25 (If my hips would cooperate, I'd be into some smaller pants!)

r. thigh 24.75 24.6 (random, but it definitely was smaller, just not quite a whole 1/4")

Total 207.75 206.35 = 1.4 inch loss

I did great with my personal goal last week, replacing one meal a day with a protein shake, sometimes two. And it's clearly helping, so I am going to continue to do that this week!
