Heather's Week 6 Report

Hi ladies! Busy busy holiday time kept me from posting my report yesterday, but it hasn't kept me from rocking it!

Here are my numbers for week 6. I will use the new format again, but my inches lost has a little narrative going on, so I thought I'd still share the specific numbers.

Last week's weight, 160.5. This week's weight, 157.6 = 2.9 lbs lost!

I did great with my personal goal last week, replacing one meal a day with a protein shake, sometimes two. And it's clearly helping, so I am going to continue to do that this week!
