I will not give up, I will not give up!!
Thank you for every ones motivation post this week, I have really needed it. Thanksgiving was no problem for me to take it easy on snacking but this past weekend just my husband and I met up with twelve of our friends in Las Vegas. Everyone was going to town on food, not just snacking, eating three full meals, at Buffets, and then wanting dessert at 2am in the morning. I made sure to get a good work out in every morning but it was tough to keep the weight off. Last week I did not lose any weight and I am so very nervous to weigh myself tomorrow morning. A little voice inside of me is telling me to give up because the Christmas treats are already starting to get delivered and Christmas parties have started. Is it just me or does the food look so much better when you can't have it?!! I still have a long way to go before I am at my wanted weight and I really need to get over this hump. So, thanks again ladies!!! I know that I only know Heather but you ladies have really been helping me to achieve my goals.

Focus on your success exercising every morning on vacation! Amazing! Even if the food may have done you in a bit, the work you put in burning calories, building muscles, pumping blood through that heart and those lungs, none of that will be lost. It still strengthened you and will help you as you move forward.
