"I don't eat that"

I read this article last night and I wanted to share.

Instead of saying “I can’t eat that,” researchers are suggesting we consider something bolder, something like,  “I don’t eat that.”

Whatever helps right?!!

  1. I also like just saying, "No thanks." Without having to explain myself.

I agree that it is much better to think that it's a choice we're making, rather than some arbitrary unkind rule an evil overlord is forcing us to live.

  2. I like that too! I also like to say I choose not to eat that. I like to know I have a choice in the matter and I can assert it as I please. Thanks for sharing!
