Good Morning Ladies!
So after I had a great week last week, I fell off the wagon over the weekend and ate terrible. To top it off the Auditors arrived this morning... oh the joys of working in accounting! This morning I found myself instantly eating jelly beans, a Kit Kat bar, and this was all before 9am. Where the heck is my self control when it comes to my stress level ? I've gained about 10 pounds over the past 2 years, and while life is stressful, I should seriously learn to get a grip on my stress eating! So I was on facebook this morning (I know they auditors are here, why the heck am I online??... I'm very easily distracted!) and found this picture that said it all for me!
While I do track my food using the food diary, and it is helpful, when it comes to times of stress I instantly don't care... BUT I need to remember that I have control over this area in my life... I can CHOOSE to not give into the temptation of food!
Okay, I'm done being whiny! Have a GREAT WEEK, Ladies!!

It's not the plate I can't control...it's what's in plain sight! Ahh! I love snacking too much!
