Hummus

Heather, as much as I asked for your hummus recipe it took me until 3 weeks ago to actually make it! It really is delicious and much cheaper than buying it from the store. I couldn't get myself to pay 8 dollars for the tahini at king soopers. i never remembered when i was at any other store. but i was at sprouts and saw the sesame seeds in the bulk bins. so naturally i bought some and toasted those puppies, stuck them in the food processor and added oil (about 2 tablespoons) until it loosened up a bit. I figure it ended up costing me about half. Heather posted that recipe in the last round of the competition. Look back in the archives if you are interested. How to Earn Points!

Log your food and/or calorie intake at least 5 days a week. 25 points. All or nothing.
Drink at least 64 oz. of water a day. One point a day if accomplished. 1-7 points.
Daily Exercise. Up to 5 points a day, 6x a week. 1-30 points per week. (20 min=1 pt., 25 min=1.5 pt., 30 min=2 pts., 35 min=2.5 pts., 40 min=3 pts., 45 min=3.5 pts., 50 min=4 pts., 55 min=4.5 pts., 60 min=5 pts.)
Sleep at least 7 hours a night. 1 point a night if accomplished. 1-7 points per week.
