Match Point

I occasionally like to do the Tracey Anderson Method Mat Workout.



As time has gone by, it has gotten less and less challenging, mostly because of Tracey Mallett's FIT DVD.  Which I find crazy challenging.


But there is one section in the Mat workout DVD that has ALWAYS killed me, and have not been able to finish without taking a 5 second break here and there....until today.  I finished it without stopping AT ALL.  So even though my weight STILL isn't budging (anybody have any tips for me??) I know I am getting stronger all of the time.  And that almost makes up for the weight stall.  Almost.

Here is that section, and I challenge all of you to give it a go!


That section is followed by another arm section with light hand weights, which I also completed without stopping (though it was with 2lb weights instead of the 3lbs...I'm working up to it okay!)
