Week 5 Results

 I had a bad week...points wise.  I got all of my exercise points, (a long weekend of roller derby made that easy!) met the water challenge and my own personal challenges of no soda and etc.  Besides a few nights of not very much sleep, the only thing I really fell flat on was logging my food.  I was hyper conscious of EVERYTHING I put in my mouth, (even during my weekend in Seattle) I just didn't bother to write it down.  25 points down the tube.  25 EASY points.  Sigh.  This is by far my lowest scoring week EVER.  I was so disgusted with myself that I considered just dropping out of the competition and just be the moderator.  My weight loss has stalled, I'm not getting all the points I should be...so why bother?!  But then I remember that while my weight is not going down, my fitness level is going up.  I am starting to SEE more cut in my legs and arms.  I'm starting to SEE the faintest outlines of abdominal muscles.  Besides, what kind of example would I be as your moderator?  So I am here to stay folks, until the bitter end!
