Losing Ground
I don't know what is wrong with me. A couple of busy days and i am back to my old eating habits of fast food, and junk. I need to get back on the wagon before I start loosing ground! Where did my motivation go?
Everyone has ups and downs. You've had a little setback, now push on through!
