I may not have lost as much as I wanted to BUT I have gotten into the habit of going to the gym six days a week!! I find it funny that whenever I put my workout clothes on my boys yell "GYM TIME", grab their bags (superman lunch pals of course) and run to the car. It helps that they have enjoyed going as well:)
Sweet! Gym Time! Good habits are going to make the most difference in the long run, so keep on keein' on!
