I earned 69 points this past week.
My personal goal for the upcoming week is to do a modified Phase 2 of the detox cleanse. I have felt pretty good, so I figure, I'll go for it. The modifications are just to allow for my continued workouts. The calories are pretty sparse on the cleanse, though there are more this next week, so I like to go to it with an attitude that I can eat an extra potato, apple, banana, or handful of raw almonds if I need it.
When looking at my calorie intake on LoseIt from this past week, I've only had between 800-1,000 calories each day. And all days except for one I've had at least 60 minutes of vigorous exercise. I'm still alive!
Anywho, I'm excited to receive everyone's reports & hear about your goals for the upcoming week.
Wholly cow girl, you are a different kind of crazy!! It takes a strong person to do a detox and still function amongst the living. Please don't make that next weeks goal. haha
